What you'll be doing

  • Participate in the complete product development cycle for internal use, from analysis, prototyping, and user testing to continuous improvement of solutions
  • Build robust, efficient, and reusable systems, collaborating on architecture definitions with scalable solutions to deliver an excellent experience
  • Participate in the creation of new products, alongside Design and Engineering
  • Identify and communicate best practices for engineering by participating in dev syncs

Must-have skills

  • Possess 6+ years of experience in front and back-end positions.
  • Knowledge of Typescript, Sass, NodeJS, React, Redux, Postgres, and REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of Python and DjangoProficient in DOM manipulation
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Great knowledge of AWSExperience in container systems, microservices, and CI/CD and working in high-performance environments.
  • Experience with desktop app frameworks like Electron or Node GUI
  • Thrives in a fast-paced Scrum environment
  • Analytical thinker with keen attention to detail
  • Good problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Strong team player with clear communication skills
  • Native Spanish or Portuguese speaker from Latin America

Nice to haves

  • Experience building Chrome/Firefox extensions
  • Eye for detail & design
  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience with scaling and applications with a high user base
